We offer wellness consultations either over the phone or in person.

Our goal is to empower you with the best health and gluten-free information which you can use to reach your full health potential.

My nineteen years of research and fourteen years of professional consulting experience have enabled me to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge and insight.

This wisdom is very instrumental in helped to educate our clients on the most effective way that they can maximize their health.

All of these: phone or in person consultations, health testing, and GF menu planning are beneficial and sometimes essential in helping people to improve their quality of life.

Donations are a useful tool for helping us to provide consultations to those who are financially less fortunate and unable to pay our fees.

Phone Consultations

In these sessions, we can provide individual attention to help clarify issues, answer questions, provide guidance, and educate people on all the various aspects of the gluten and allergy-free lifestyle.

Personal Consultations

In these sessions, we are able to work in a very close personal way to help answer all of your questions, provide guidance, and educate people on all the various aspects of the gluten and allergy-free lifestyle.

EDS Health Screening

Electrodermal screening (EDS) health testing is something that we offer in our Natural Health Consulting business the father of this business.

EDS testing enables us to individually scan for food sensitivities, perform remedy assessment, and create very specific and highly customized wellness programs.

GF Cooking

GF cooking this is a service that I can occasionally offer to a small select number people.

This enables me to literally prepare meals for people so that they can see how they can make delicious gluten free meals.

Available only at certain times and only in the North Atlanta suburbs: Roswell, Alpharetta.

GF Menu Planning for Restaurants

Many restaurants are learning about the tremendous advantage to having a gluten-free menu as a way to advertise their restaurant to a whole new market.

We can come in and design a gluten-free menu for you to post on the internet and post on our website for free as a GF restaurant.
