Gluten and Brown Rice Free Recipe
Use Bob's Red Mill Biscuit and Baking Mix: 1-1/2 cups Bob's GF Biscuit & Baking Mix 1 Egg 1 Tb Sugar 1/4 cup of lite olive Oil 2 cups Water or milk 1/2 cup of blueberries (optional) Directions: Place biscuit mix into a medium size mixing bowl. Then add the egg, sugar, vegetable oil water, and blend well. Mix until all significant lumps are gone. Spoon onto hot griddle, as pancake rise flip over; grill until lightly golden brown on both sides. (This recipe tends take longer to cook inside of cake than traditional recipes, so keep this in mind.) Optional: Fold in fresh or frozen blueberries. Makes 8 delicious cakes. Brown Rice Recipe
1 cup Pamela's GF Baking Mix 1 large egg 3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon of lite olive oilDirections: Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps. Batter should not be too thin or too thick; add additional water if needed. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a preheated, lightly oiled griddle (medium-low heat). Cook until golden brown, flipping once. Serve immediately. Yield: six - 4 inch cakes. Recipe from Pamela's Products.
