My Health Philosophy
As one might expect, my beliefs and health philosophy have been shaped through personal issues, research, training and recovery from a serious digestive imbalance. These experiences required that I learn a great deal about wellness, rejuvenation, and nutrition.
One understanding that I gained during this journey was the value of all forms of both wellness as well as traditional medicine. In fact, there are many times when traditional medicine is the best approach and when done so properly is hugely effective. These times would include treating: - infections
- broken bones
- heart attacks
- strokes
- all injuries
- physical abrasions
- monitoring issues
- some dental procedures
- acute phases of chronic ailments to name a few.
In fact with acute ailments, traditional medicine is the most effective form of medicine. This is an undeniable fact!!!

I would argue though just as passionately that wellness building approaches have a crucial role in addressing chronic ailments.This was clearly evident in my personal case, for I would have never gotten well without the use of these strategies.

The most effective wellness building tools include:
- nutrition
- herbs
- homeopathy
- biological dentistry
- spiritual balance
- exercise
- stress reduction techniques.
These methods supply the person with the basic building blocks of wellness and attempt to remove or reduce stressors from their lives. With this type of broad based approach virtually everyone can benefit. Personal experiences and training, enabled me to learn to appreciate the value of both traditional medicine and wellness based methodologies. In fact, common sense should tell us to use a blend of these approaches to address any imbalances when they occur. If we do this then we will not only have a real opportunity make our nation much heartier, but we also have a realistic chance to regain control of the out of control growing financial costs. Sadly, there are a number of reasons and factors that are preventing the information on these wellness strategies from becoming widely known and accepted. We will discuss the reasons behind it in the future.
