Simple and Delicious
Gluten-free Sandwich Bread

Made with Bob's Red Mill Mix Looking for a prepared gluten-free bread that is used for making sandwiches? There are numerous companies who are making these products.

These companies include:

A) Whole Foods Market

B) Rose's Bakery

C) Ener-G

D) Miller's GF Company

E) Sally's - A GF place

F) Schar

G) GF Meals

H) Silly Yak Bakery

I) GF Baked Goods

J) GNI Bakery

Some of the best GF and brown rice free breads are made by the Silly Yak Bakery, Gluten-Free Baked Goods, and Rose's Bakery.

*However, not all of their products are free of brown rice flour so read labels.

GF Meals, Sally's, GNI Bakery, and Miller's also offer good tasting products.

Unfortunately, these products are typically made with brown rice flour, which are not always well-tolerated.

So if you are intolerant of brown rice then this is not a good option for you.

The remaining companies products are not the best I have ever tasted.

However, I still appreciate their effort and use these products in a pinch from time to time.

Plus, they serve a great need for people who are unwilling or unable to make their own breads.

Still if you are willing to make your own fresh bread then there are many more options!

Gluten-free Bread Mixes

The other exciting alternative to prepared products are the many companies making wonderful tasting GF mixes.

There are multiple companies making quality mixes. These companies include:

A) Bob's Red Mill

B) Schar

C) Pamela's

D) GF Pantry

E) Namaste

F) Cause Your Special

G) 1 2 3 GF

These products are all quite good.

I routinely find Bob's Red Mill, Schar, 1 2 3 GF, and Cause Your Special's products to be the best tasting choices.

Most but not all of these companies GF products are free of brown rice and are generally well tolerated.

Be sure though to check the label for ingredients to make certain that they contain nothing to which you are sensitive.

*That is after all one of the great secrets to healing, eat nothing which stresses your body.

Pamela's, Namaste, and GF Pantry have great flavor but typically use brown rice flour in their mixes.

However, if you tolerate brown rice then you will likely find these to be excellent choices for you and your needs.

As you can see there are many choices that you can now enjoy. So get excited!

You have a vast number of wonderful tasting foods to look forward to eating and the list is getting longer everyday.
