Cornbread Recipe
A wonderful and simple cornbread, that has been modified from a Whole Foods Market recipe. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter1 cup corn meal1 1/2 cups of all purpose GF flour1/2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons turbinado sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1 egg1 cup milkInstructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Apply olive oil spray on a 9-inch baking tray. In a large bowl add corn meal, all purpose gluten-free flour, salt, turbinado sugar and baking soda, mix well together. Add egg, milk and melted butter. Mix these ingredients well. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4-6. This is great comfort food that you will can enjoy at an occasion.
